StoryBoardでView Controller上にTableViewをドロップしView Controllerにソースを記述していきます。

StoryboardのTable Viewを[control+click]してViewControllerにドラッグしdatasource, delete, を接続します。ViewControllerに接続していないと表示されませんので注意してください。
