StoryBoardでView Controller上にTableViewとCellをドロップしView Controllerにソースを記述していきます。

TableViewにCellを乗せる

セルの設定
Style:Basic
Identifler:Cell

StoryboardのTable Viewを[control+click]してViewControllerにドラッグしdatasource, delete, を接続します。ViewControllerに接続していないと表示されませんので注意してください。
