ios8からUIAlertViewやUIActionSheetがdeprecated(非推奨)になりました。
今後はUIAlertControllerを使うことになります。

UIAlertControllerはアラートを表示させる時に使用します。
アラートはユーザに注意を促したり、処理の結果を通知したりしたい時に使用します。
